About us

Randy has been in the pest control industry since 1987. He tries to understand our client’s individual needs and find a specific solution to their pest control concerns. He promotes a family environment at Midstate, encouraging all to help and support each other. He ensures that his staff is well trained and eager to assist each client.

Randy has been married 29 years to his wife, Cindy, with whom he has one son. During his time off he enjoys volunteer work, and helping people learn about the Bible. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball, fishing, and ATV’ing

Jace has been in the pest control industry since 1993. He has worked and has experience in all departments at Midstate. He enjoys solving clients' problems, no matter how big or small. He takes great pride in customer satisfaction. "The family atmosphere, everyone working together, helping each other, making sure everyone is happy, allows us to be the best!" He loves classic muscle cars & watching football.

Barbi has served in all areas of customer relations since joining Midstate in 2003. She appreciates the unified, family like atmosphere. She handles accounts receivables, billing questions, and many other office related issues. She loves spending time with her family and sharing in a global bible teaching work.

Sharon is from Alabama and moved to Tennessee in 2000. She has been in customer service for over 20 years and was excited to join our team here at Midstate. She says "I love getting up and coming to work because each day holds a new challenge and I work with people who are more like family." (Being the third redhead in the office – we even look like family!) The most important things to her are her Faith, spending time with all her kids, grandchildren and friends, and enjoying the sunshine while gardening.

Debbie started with Midstate in 2019 and has worked in the pest industry for five years. She has a background in customer service and says she really appreciated the group of people here at Midstate working together to meet the needs of the customers in a caring, compassionate team-working environment. Debbie and her husband have been married 28 years. They have 4 children, 9 grandchildren and are expecting their first great grandchild. She enjoys working the ministry department of her church and being involved in many church activities.

Kristy joined our team in 2022, but she has been in customer service for over 20 years. She strives to provide exceptional customer service with each client and she is eager to help our clients. She enjoys spending time with her family and helping at food drives.

John Campbell has been in the pest control industry since 1991. He loves meeting different people. Being able to evaluate, solve, and take care of a pest problem is what he enjoys. He likes the family atmosphere at Midstate. He was born and raised in Crossville, TN. After work, he can be found outdoors or on the back porch grilling and spending time with family and friends. He enjoys hunting and fishing.

Ethan has been with Midstate since 2016. He is excited to be a part of Midstate’s team. He enjoys working outdoors, hunting, fishing, and playing music.

Michael has been with Midstate Termite and Pest Control since 2016. He has been in the pest industry since 2008. He loves helping people and lending his knowledge about everything pest related. He has been married for 25 years and enjoys family, friends, fishing and gardening.

Jessica has been with Midstate since 2017. She enjoys helping solve and prevent customer’s pest issues. She loves working on her crafts, volunteering at her church, and spending time with her husband and seven children.

Ben started with Midstate in 2018. His education is in Wildlife and Fisheries Science. He loves the outdoors and is an all around handyman. He loves to help people. When he isn't working he enjoys time with his wife, 2 rescued kitty cats, a precious rescue dog and donkeys.

Ethan started with Midstate in 2017 but has been around it all of his life. He is part of the continuing tradition of Midstate being family-owned since 1953. He appreciates the family atmosphere here and considers taking care of customers to be a top priority. Ethan is very close with his family and also enjoys playing football, basketball, traveling to the beach, spending time with friends and is active in volunteer work.

Steve joined Midstate Termite & Pest Control in 2019, but has experience since 2002. He enjoys being able to take care of peoples pest related problems. He and his wife have 4 children and 9 grandchildren and enjoys going to church and car shows.

Vincent also joined Midstate in 2019. He has been in the pest control industry for over four years. Outside of work he enjoys time with his wife and daughter. Playing guitar and lifting weights are some of his hobby's.

Jacob started with Midstate in 2019. He enjoys working with the public. He loves to ski and ride his bicycle on extended outings. He is a family man, spending time with his wife and daughter are his greatest accomplishment.

Tim has over 25 years of experience in the pest control industry. He likes meeting people and solving pest problems. Tim is really enjoying the down to earth atmosphere at Midstate. Born and raised in Southern California, he moved to Tennessee in 2019 and loves the friendliness, culture and beauty of this area. He and his wife have been married for 27 years. They have 3 grown children - a daughter and twin sons. When he's not killing bugs, Tim likes spending time with his family, playing the piano, kayaking, rollercoaster rides, playing football and being involved with church.

Jonathan joined Midstate in 2021. He appreciates the kind and caring atmosphere at Midstate. He likes being able to provide excellent customer service to our customers and helping with all their concerns. He is proud to have gotten his bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Tech. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys hiking and kayaking with his wife.

Kenneth joined our team in 2021. He likes the work environment at Midstate and he feels appreciated here. In his personal time, he enjoys helping out at food banks and mission trips. Also, he enjoys taking day trips, spending time with family, and singing karaoke.

Shane started with Midstate in 2022. He appreciates the integrity of his Midstate coworkers and management. He is a great addition to the Midstate team and he’s excited to help people with their pest control needs. He enjoys spending time with his family and hiking on his days off.

Don started with Midstate in 2023. He has worked in pest control for over 25 years. He takes pride in performing services for people and reassuring them of our values. He enjoys yardwork, spending time with his family, and sharing in a voluntary ministry.
