Termite Pest Protection Programs

Midstate’s Standard Program for termite protection includes Termidor Termiticide, trenching, slab treatment, crawlspace treatment and treatment of foundation walls, bricks/blocks. It also includes continued inspections along with an extended guarantee renewed each year. With each inspection, we provide a 45 Point Total Assurance Inspection Report. This treatment requires a liquid termiticide be applied in necessary areas. A trench has to be dug around the outside of the home, and some of the critical areas in the slabs have to be drilled. These areas are treated, then filled back in. Treatment is also needed in the crawlspace areas around the foundation walls and any supports. Some of the brick or block may need to be drilled and treated to provide total control. The most effective, although expensive, liquid termiticide we use is Termidor.

Continued inspections are needed to assure protection. The annual fee paid each year covers not only the inspection, but also any additional treatments needed to protect this structure. It also extends the guarantee of this treatment for another year, and includes our 45 Point Total Assurance Inspection Report. This report evaluates conducive conditions that can cause problems that are not readily visible to the owner. This guarantee is also transferable to new owners. If alterations are made to the structure, additional charges may be necessary.

Midstate’s Protection Plus Program for termite protection includes Termidor Termiticide, trenching, slab treatment, crawlspace treatment and treatment of foundation walls, bricks/blocks. It also includes an Outdoor Defense Barrier consisting of termite stations. In addition, complete pest protection provided for cockroaches, spiders, ants, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, wasps, rats, mice, etc. This program includes Quarterly Preventative Maintenance and Inspection and an annual 45 Point Total Assurance Inspection Report.

This treatment includes everything described in Option 1. PLUS, it also involves placing termite bait stations around your home. This gives your home two complete termite protection treatments. These bait stations are strategically placed so termites will hit these stations before entering the structure, in effect becoming an early detection system for termites. Baits which are placed in a secure station serve as a termiticide that slowly destroys the termites and their colonies as they feed.

This treatment option includes the quarterly inspection of these bait stations and their refreshment as needed. PLUS, a complete general pest control treatment is provided inside and outside of your home at the time of the original treatment. This service is for cockroaches, spiders, ants, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, wasps, rats, mice, etc. PLUS, each quarter a preventative pest protection treatment will be applied to the outside of the home when the stations are inspected. Any additional treatments needed for the control of these insects are at no additional charge.

Quarterly inspections and treatments are necessary for this program; a minimum of two years is required. This program provides double the termite treatment and protection, PLUS complete protection for general pests, PLUS quarterly inspections and treatments, PLUS the annual 45 Point Total Assurance Inspection Report!

Midstate’s Damage Repair Plus Program for termite protections includes Protection Plus Program along with enjoying the peace of mind from knowing that any future damage from termites will be repaired. This treatment option includes the Protection Plus Program. In addition, Midstate will repair or have repaired any future damages caused by termites without any additional cost to you. This program does not have a deductible. It is understood that some damage may already be present in hidden areas if there was previous evidence of termites. This damage would not be covered; only damage with active termites is covered. Pests covered: cockroaches, spiders, ants, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, wasps, rats and mice. These treatments are limited to the structure and foundation perimeter.
